Summer can be no doubt a bummer with hpr10.Is this is what is causeing my tappet insane noise.210,000 on my tj (factory approved duel fuel)what does the gang recomend?thanks in advance peeps........................Love martin :cool:

i'm using HPR10 in one of our magnas... works very well... Havent noticed anything yet during summer...

maybe give it a reflush and use a different oil? your oil levels are max?

I stick to HPR Gas in my dual fueler, the hpr 10 tends to be too thin when the going gets hot. :D

Since using this oil, i never get ticking noise in the morning whatsoever anymore... 187,000kms

the tappet noise is a sign of slight engine wear i got it on my TH cant get rid of it i just live with it

yeah, just have a good oil flush. at higher k's, it helps to change oil around every 5000k's.

I change mine every 5000kms with HPR 10.. I do a flush too.. Ever since i think the last 10 or 15000kms ive noticed the engine runs smoother. It used to feel like there was something blocking the engine but not anymore. Doesnt tick either anymore at all
