any pics?

if your talking about running it all the way from front to back, then remove back seats and feed the cable down the centr, i think.

or, if its like my 2nd gen, it will have plastic bits for wire to run through just next to the seats and door, under the carpet, i undid alot of screws bolts and everything just to get a boot sensor wire to the boot..
dont do what my neighbour did and screw the wires to the OUTSIDE of the car to get to the boot, what an idiot

sorry i didn't explain very well.

i'm trying to run new speaker wire into the doors for my new splits. the boot thats there is completely filled with the wiring for the power windows.

i can't even reach the back of the boot inside the kick panel... damn fat hands.

if any1 know how to get it thru.....

oh i get you now

i put in central locking and soon 6.5" splits in my doors and i had a similar problem, i normally foun trying to feed a rather strong piece of wire through the hole helps. You feed it through and once it pops out the other end (may take some time) tie and attach in the smalles t way possible all the wires you want to go through. Can u count the amount of wires going into your door, if their was already speakers in the door you might be able to use the old wire to pull through the new ones

everything is OK. with a lot of yelling, swearing and physical punishment i got it thru. and only 6 cuts on 1 hand.

good for you, its the easiest way, but not effortless.

what speakers you putting in and got any pics.

im having trouble fitting my 6.5" splits as i dont have speaker holes and i dont know the way it should it be mounted, whether the trim should be attached to the speaker or only the grill, and the speaker only attached to the frame. What model magna you got, and did it have stock speakers.

I can do it in 2 minutes :)
Coat hanger wire with a big bend at the top so it doesnt snag. undo the grommet at both ends, easy as pie... Feed it through from the top, then just drop the wire into the a-pillar and scoop it out through the hole.

i'm just putting in some jaycar kevlar splits to tide me over till i get the big guns (don't ask me what yet, still working on it).

Dave... u have i 1st gen i think. in my 1st gen i just screwed the 6.5" to spacers attached to the back part of the door (in a rush and didn't want to cut metal) but plenty of guys have done good installs by just trimming some metel and spacing them out on the front of the doors. DON'T put them at the back, the seat muffles everything.

cheers

i got a 2nd gen and i have figured out what i am gonna do, it'll work and be supported well enough so that it doesnt rattle or damge the speaker. its all good. :D Mind you i havent put the 6x9" speakers in the back yet because i dont have a cover for them and i havent cut the sound proofing crap yet so that it doesnt try muffle through that. well both sets of speakers are on hold for now aswell as further mods on my car till about 2-3 weeks into school.
