Hey guys do you know if the galant and magna have the same engine i think they both have astron engines i'm not sure.

I'm not sure dude i was just reading somthing about galants and astron engines and i thought i would see if they had the same engine as a magna i have a TS 4 cyl and i was just wondering how easily it would to be to put in a galant engine hopefuly a turbo if possible because i need a new engine.

astron powered Galants were RWD so the engine aint the same. Its 2 ltr as well.

The sigmas were 2.6 RWD but I dont know how much of the donk is interchangeable. The water pump etc is all different, so probly not much I woulda thort. :)

You'd have to change some stuff around. Overall it'd probably be easier to get the stuff made up rather than having to alter stuff that already exists.

If you want to turbo your TR, talk to monga he's already done it.
