sorta up the top left hand side of the window (beneath the File Edit etc) theres a save copy or something simmilar

try right click and save as
or un install adobe and click on the link and the windows download window will pop up

word of advice for 56Kers........its 43mg......so it will take some time.......but please try and dl it, it is worth every cent:D
