I have a similar problem to stereo_god as posted in this thread (http://www.aussiemagna.com/forums/showthread.php?t=30878) except I am unable to find a grommet to feed an 8 gauge cable through to my battery.
I have a 5 speed manual 94' TS Magna GLX.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i squeezed by 4 gague amp cable through the gromet with the ECU cables, becareful though as two wires sliding together rub and burn quickly, use some lubricant to fit it in.

Do you have a photo of this? Are the ECU cables close to the driver's side? A grommet on the driver's side is preferred...

I hope your successful in your work. I couldnt find a grommet on the drivers side, however it really doesnt matter, its just easier having it on the passenger side.
