Hi guys would like to know how many people would like parras for their 3rd gen magnas. Currently we are looking at about $500 for a PAIR (second hand ones) but with enough people ordering we might be able to get a slightly cheaper price. Shipping anywhere in aus will be about $30 flat (via registered parcel) insurance will be extra. We are looking around for the 1 piece integrated indicators right now and just want to check how many people are interested before we get serious. Let me know by replying in this thread thanks ! MODS pls sticky this thread if possible as the deadline is about end march thanks !

Will they fit right in to my TF? I don't wanna be messing around with wires for a whole day.
If so, then I'd be interested.

I'm led to believe they are in excess of $600 per side brand new from mitsubishi for the one piece......

Anything around $500 / pair for 2nd hand is pretty standard from all accounts, 2 piece are abit cheaper, and easier to fit (have to remove bumper to get the 1 pieces in).

Last time I was at Mits, I was quoted ~$450 per side (ie total ~$900).

Also, the 1 piece can be fitted without removal of the front bar, just is a bit fiddly, especially if your front bar has been warped :/

You must be more patient than me - which isn't hard considering I'm a bloke :bowrofl: . I scratched the crap out of my freshly painted bumper trying to get the bloody things in.......

Now that I've installed them twice............ I think it's easier just to remove the bar :D .

Hi guys just to let you all know the stated price is just a guesstimate no real clue as to exactly how much the wreckers are gonna ask for em. This thread is just to gauge the interest level before i spend my time hunting for a dealer that will sell em at a good price. Many thanks for all the info thats coming in tho, really appreciate it at the moment. Yep I run a TF too as ya all can see in avatar and am really looking forward to putting the parras into her !

2 piece looks better and easy to install but 1piece looks cleaner coz theres no lines between the lights and the indicator. but with the one piece u cant use bright globes coz they will burn the plastic but in a 2piece u can coz its got the glass face.

1 piece is actually plastic, the 2 piece lights are glass.

Personally, I think the 1 piece lights look better.

Do I have to get in now? I don't own a 3rd gen at the moment but will in a few months so I'll definitely be after para's then. I may purchase now if it's a significant saving.

Should have a Poll so that is easier for you to count how many wants 1 piece or 2 piece paras.

For both, Paras are required rewiring on our standard executive. This is due to the change of H4 bulbs to H7. I still do not understand the threads wiring diagram nor the pictures. I hope someone could do a more easy step by step guide to follow.

I'd definatly been keen, definatly prefer 1 peice over 2 piece though, looks alot cleaner.

Good idea about the poll, you should set one up
