Well i've ordered a 64mm throttle body from RPW should be here some time next week i hope and try and get it in before the dyno day.
David was really cool about me ordering the throttle and gave me a disclosed discount on it in compensation for my extractor problem.
i'll let you know how much of an improvement it makes, and thanks david for the discount

Well a bolt fell out the other day and leaked to the be-jesus so i jacked her up, filed off the pretruding gasget, loosened the other nuts and put in as much exhaust putty as i could with my finger. i then put in another nut and bolt and using a ring spanner and a breaker bar, braced myself on a cross member and tightened the crap out of each nut.
I should have gone and had some of my pipes heat treated to fit, but $$$ are sorta tight and i'd rather try and fix stuff myself and spend money on further mods. I think it sorta leaks a bit, but my mate did a fly by last week with me on the side of the road, he was flat out in 2nd and 3rd towards me, and flat 3rd and 4th past me, and she sounded like nothing i've ever heard, such a different note to any other car. Pod and full exhaust is the way to go for full noise, sounded like a race car

i think someone needs to buy a torque wrench!!! (its not good to over tighten stuff, no matter how much they're leaking!!)
