simon - thugdout said that if you use the blueish bulbs they actually leave a residue on the inside of the casing... he's taking his apart to clean them so have a chat with him.. :D

but mines not blue. its artic white. and its only happening to one. and also mines 2piece so its got the glass face not plastic

o i forgot to mention that i actuall took the whole headlight out to put the globes in coz the battery was in the way and didnt wanna dissconect it coz then the ECU would reset. so its only the passangers side thats misting up. but will talk to simon bout it. thanks jpeg

overwatt bulbs? even though 2 piece are glass but if the bulbs are super hot they can cause it to happen? I dunno, But I will install my paras when I get back.

Check the rubber gromet that goes over the metal of the light bulb.. If it is not that..

Then I'd look at what choonga n lil2l8 are doing and get that headlight in the oven.. open it up and re-seal it!

Thats the one!

that will more than likely be the problem. make sure you have it on properly, one corner may not be sealed on poperly.

it will go by itself in time. I too did the whole cheap blue bulbs thing (they were the artic white ones - but they looked blue)... and they misted one of the glasses (2pce vrada ones). The bulbs didnt last long after, and i went and got the 70$ nava (sp?) ones... and the mist went, and had a better light anyway.
So yer, just change asap, and the mist will go away quickly. Healthyoung even mentions this in one of his posts after it happened to me.. just dont use the cheap artic bulbs.:D

put a tea towel over the light the whole thing .........let the car run for 5 -10 mins with high beams on and the heat from the globes is teaped under the towel and dries the crap out.
have done it before.
