well it all started about 6 months ago i noticed condensation in the right front blinker on my tj ll. so i rang mitsubishi and they put a new one in as soon as the part arrived (done under warranty) nothing to pay. then today when i arrived at the beach some younger guys o p plates came up and said they seen something fly off my car  i didn't have a clue wat they were talking about... so i investigated and there it was. no bloody blinker. perfectly just gone. looked like it had professionally been taken out. still had the spring hanging in there. lol. lucky it didn't bounce up and damage the car. so gay tho. i still have new car warranty so do u think they will have to replace it as it was due to poor installation...........

........so gay tho.......

so does the blinker have sex with blinkers of the same sex??

:P :P :P

i think u'll find it tough to convince mitsu that they were at fault in this situation.
but by all means give it a shot.

gave mitsubishi a call this morning bright and early and they said because it wasn't the original and that they installed it. that they should be able to do it under warranty.they are having a looka t it on monday morning as they are too busy to look today. so now i have to drive around with a really quick flashing retarted rear blinker blowing fuses when ever the wires touch or earth out causeing the windows and airbags to fail  need electrical tape. maybe council will have some. gotta love council work lol

LOL. Ive had 2 that have come flying off never to be found again. Latest was driving along the m2 and i hadnt noticed it had come off, then my mate who was behind me called me up and said he saw something flying off, im like...pft whatever. Only to find that now when i indicated the dash light blinked quickly... and i knew it was gone :'(

After 2 lost blinkers, i got EGO to install the last one... its still there, after a few good months:D

(thanks go out to SARASS and mysti who supplied me with spares! )

so i had it checked out today and they said that because i had it installed at lismore that they (taree mitsubishi) need conformation off lismore that they installed it ... how about u ring them jackass... so he made me ring them and the guy at lismore said they will have to replace it and he gave me job umbers and stuff like that. so then i rang taree mitsubishi back and they was a smartarse about it  and that mitsubishi won't pay for it... so i made him ring lismore and so far i haven't heard back... so if taree say they won't do it under warranty then i'll ring lismore and get them to order in the part and post it down and i'll get my mate who is a smash repair owner to put it in... some ppl are so hard to deal with (taree syndrome) and others are really nice (lismore for a change).....
