My automatic has lost overdrive 4th gear!
It happened when my dad owned the wagon and he never bothered to fix it.
He turned off the motorway and stopped with OD switched on, but instead of changing down, the trans stayed in 4th. Eventually it did change down, but from that day to this its never gone into 4th gear. In OD it goes through 1st-2nd-3rd and instead of 4th its like it goes into neutral and you have to slow down to about 50kmh before it'll go into a lower gear.
Does anyone know about this problem, and how to fix it?
