My KR rides like a tank. It used to be bearable, but now I can hardly stand driving for more than 10 minutes. It feels like my car is translating every little bump and niggle in the road directly into my seat. I've got 215/65/R15 on the stock alloys, stock springs, KYB fronts and Monroe rears.

Driving fast, slow, or cruising along, you can feel everything. Speed bumps are woeful. It feels as though I'm launching off a ramp and landing.

Occasionally, there's a clank that can be heard up front, and it's particularly bad if I'm going over a series of potholes or corrugations.

My tyres at all at 36psi, everything's done up tight...

Yup. I'd say so.

Most suspension places will do free or low cost (around $15) health checks on your suspension system. I'd get it into one ASAP before the rough ride causes other things to come loose or be damaged.
