Wonder If anyone has encountered this problem? I replaced the heater core on my sons TR 2.6 sedan. When everything was back together the heater Fan won't run although all the electrical plugs are connected and no fuses are blown. On initial start up the car ran a little rough but improved as time went by. Finally the Radiator fans won't run unless the heater fan switch is turned on. I'm stumped and looking for any suggestions

did you plug the resistor pack (down next to the fan) back in fully? :)
Oh, and welcome to AMC :D

Turns out there are two plugs the same size under the dash and I had the wrong plug into the wrong socket. It only cost me $120 at an Auto Electrician who didn't solve the problem and a further 6 hrs of my own time to eventually solve the problem.
