why did you create another thread about locking of threads?

Youve already got one in Members area?

I do agree though.. There should be a post of why the thread is locked at the end of each locked thread.

Fair enough. I will make sure that if I have to lock a thread that I will do that from now on.

The "Freedom of speech" card is a silly one to play. (This isnt directed at you Bain) There are conditions on this forum that you don't harass or attack (ie: flame) people on the board. That's why they get locked. It's hardly encroaching on someone's right to free speech. When you sign up you agree to these conditions.

Anyway, there is only a few people that cause problems, the majority of this forum is fantastic.

And even after including the problematic few, this forum is still one of the better behaved boards I've seen.

there is no such thing as fredom of speach if mods want to delete everything they can.

perhaps an edit with why they deleted something would be good but in reality they dont need to.

Personally i couldnt give a shit if someone locks a thread, i agree with the reasons behind it. but that is my 2 cents
