Gah so over the past 2 weeks ive been stuffing around (or been stuffed around....) trying to get hold of a redback exhaust. Anyway ive ended up with a Luky AL4-5597. I dont even know if this thing will FIT on my car. Blah.

Anyway now I need to get it fitted as my mate who was going to do it has left for brisbane. Does anyone know a place in the lower blue mountains, ie Emu plains/penrith/richmond etc that can do it real quick one arvo?

Also..this WILL fit to my car..wont it?

Should sound good.

Here's a clip from the Lukey site of what the AL4-5597 sounds like on a TJ 3.5L

Just a word of warning, I have seen the AL4-5597 and the LR2779 side by side and the AL4 is an inferior product. It's not the same muffler body. The LR2779 is about 18" or more in length and relatively heavy. The AL4 is quite tinny and short in comparission.

Get the LR2779 and have the pipework made up for you. You'll get a much better note!

Meh.. :P

I finally got my first mod

Got the AL4-5597 installed today at Carline in Emu Heights.

Took 15 mins, the guys there seemed nice and pretty genuine and I was happy with the price ($66 including an end tip)

Car is still quiet on ilde and cruising, but with any half decent load on it sounds *** NICE. Was cheering all the way home.
