View Full Version : Muffler/exhaust question.
Hi all, first post and probably a bit of a noob question but i recently purchased a 99 TH Magna 3.0L. Haven't done any mods yet. I want to get a new muffler, don't want a cannon and don't want it too loud either. I saw a few other threads that said Magnaflow ones are fairly decent but what i need to know is what is the size of the inlet for my car. I'll measure it if i have to when I get home, but like I said it's a noob question and I know pretty much jack about exhausts/mufflers. Any other suggestions would be welcome. Thanks heaps.

Magnaflows rock from what I've heard on magnas, they're expensive though. A 2.5" inlet muffler will do although I think the pipe size is closer to 2 1/4".

Bit louder than the usual Lukeys ppl use, but better flow - and stainless. Check their site.
