In reference to the title: How the hell do you get this out?

4 bolts or 2 nuts 2 bolts or even 4 nuts, i cant member 1 at each end of each rail
bolted to the fllor, little plastic clips are over em
to nuts at the front, two bolts at the back... needs bits of plastic to be removed... and a 14 socker + rachet makes it easier... if you fold the seat so it leans forward, it makes it easier to take it out of the passenger door... if you have a friend to help, i found that it was easier out of the back door provided your both lifting it

And if the seat is out and sitting by the back wheel, and the the seat has been laid back, and you pull the uprighting leaver, the force of the seat flipping in to it's upright position will smash your cheap plastic hubcap.
