g'day all,
I have just installed my splits and amp in my car but havent put power thru them yet. The wire i used to the crossover then woofer was realativly thin and Im wondering if my system is going to function correctly with the thin wire. Im running 84wrms thru each speaker. I have no batteries in my camera so i cant get pics.

yes, your current speaker wire will be fine. Even stock thickness will be OK.

If you have spare cash, lots of time, and slightly paranoid, upgrade to 14gauge...or give it to me:D

beauty thanks mate, how about if i use the same wire for my sub which will be fed the 2 X 84wrms bridged?

get some bigger stuff. makes alot of difference with the subs.alot less resistance. just picture child birth and u have ur answer. get some thicker wire lol
