hi there just a question about have to sets of splits in the front would i have to feed more wire thru the firewall of the door or could i just bridge them with the exsisting wire there now? will that lose power or will it do anything funky?

One set of Superior speakers is going to sound better then Two sets of Inferior ones..
If you have already bought them , then we will have to go with Two Woofers and one Tweeter Set up..
Give us more info on Your Current set up, as by the sounds of things You want to Bridge speakers to a Battery which is a Big No no...

lol bridging the existing wire is going to sound SHIAT!
You're basically halving the power to each speaker, so having 2 is going to make jack all difference. Unfortunately in a car to have 2 sets of splits up front will probably sound worse, as positioning the speakers for optimum clarity will be too hard.

yeh well ive got the alpine type r splits in the front stage they sound good now just ive got 3 12" solobarics in the boot that give out so much bass that i just wanted to sorta even it out doubling the splits or even just a good pair of 6". ive got the type r 6x9 in the back as well all running on a four channel amp by that i mean the front and rear.and also i just wanted that show car look with all those speakers in the front. or i could just cut down on the bass but then the system wont run at it full potential. so yeh if you guys got any ideas please tell me

Cut the Gains back on your Amp.. No need to run a system at Full potential, its nice to know you can get better bass but for day to day listening just cut the gains to the subs, when you wanna impress you know you can..
Adding Extra Woofers up front wont compensate for added Bass down back..
Just turn the gains down..
