well, spend the $1.20 to get a new globe, and if it is still happning, it could be the earth.
My LED interior lights sometimes go on and off, but only if you touch them :D

check the rubber seals on the light swich on all the doors
as it happens in rainy night's
looks like an earth leak from water

most probable causes of your problem is either a door that isn't closing properly or a faulty earth switch at one of the doors.

Start by pushing each door hard against the body and see if any of the doors can move further in when closed and thus contact the switch and turn the light off.
Adjust the striker on the pillar to fix this.

If it's a faulty switch giving the light constant earth then to find which door switch is faulty, put the light on door, then lift the flat bit of the rubber dust cover and unscrew each door switch one at a time and lift it out of the pillar to break the earth contact.
(do this with all the other doors closed or the light will stay on)
When you remove the faulty switch from the body the light will go out.

If the light still stays on in the door position with all the door switches removed (no earth) then the wire to the door switches must be shorted to earth somewhere. (if this is the case have fun finding it)
