Downloading as we speak! It was going over 1,000kb/second at the start but they must have a ****ty server as it is now at 165kb/s  mind you though it only has 40mb to go.

Predictions. If it is a motoring journalist I know one sentence of critisism that will be included "Where is the reach adjustable steering column?"; please block this phrase out as I am sick of hearing it.

Not a bad review. Gotta love an amateur review... some sections made me cringe :D

Yeah, but it really annoys me how he keeps going on about "if it were to be an RWD or an AWD it would....". Just gets really irritating. I mean yeah we all know its a FWD but on paper the odds in terms of specs add up for Mitsu and not for Ford or Holden especially in base models.

But hey, every brand has there weaknesses which can be corrected in proceeding models, but still FWD isn't a problem or a weakness it is just something that people b&itch over because they can't find anything else they don't like about the car.

I laughed when he goes "the light beige leather interior is already dirty @ 8000kms"

I'm thinking, buddy, you're driving the car on a friggen dirt road with all the windows down carrying on about a dirty interior. I could list many more things that were rubbish about the review, but I won't.

Its Extreme/Paul from the Whirpool forums. His site is allot better now then it used to be. And his written reviews have improved too. Ive never been bothered in downloading a video review though, 330mb just can't be bothered even on ADSL.

im about halfway through watching it. The guys complaints are summed up by

1: Its FWD. "Waaaaa its FWD therefore is no competition to a commo boat"
Get over it.......yes its FWD.....as were almost all magnas and they were one of australia greatest cars. I personally like FWD,

2: I love the looks but I dont like the rear

Make up your mind, you either like it or not. The rear on the LX i think looks fine.... This guy was just looking for complaints.

Is it just me or does the engine sound quite nice even with stock exhaust system? Sounds like it has real potential.

haha amatures... seriously its hard to take a guy seriously when hes banging on about whether its FWD or not! Like you dont hear motor or wheels saying "yeah the holden astra is a nice car, but omfg if it was RWD it would just be soo awesome!!!!"
