I know that the main difference in power between a stock magna/verada and a sports/vrx is the straight through exhaust right???

So how much does it cost roughly to get a straight through exhaust fitted to my ke verada? and will it be noisier??? (hope not, i love quietness) and does it require me to leave my car with them for a few days or should i be able to pick it up the same day?

Also what other options it terms of exhausts are there that arent too expensive that will maybe give me more than the usual 8kW increase???

Does the 8kW really make a difference anyway???

Yes exhaust will give you an increase in power... Its hard to say exactly how much though, but you will notice the difference in acceleration after the new system fitted... Also the change in noise will usually make you think the car is pulling away harder (it will cos it can now breathe better) but extra noise also makes it seem quicker:P

The cost will depend on the system you chose, size and the quality (ie; stainless etc...) You can get aftermarket systems that are relatively quiet (just a nice tone), i believe custom is the way to go personally, that way you get the sound or power you want. Yes you will have to leave your car with them, but only for bout half day to full depending on what you decide.

Personally if i am going exhaust, i would go extractors also. A straight through system with a highflow cat... (unsure how good the standard cats are on magna's), also a cold air intake... All this will set you back a few, but you'll sure have a smile on your face in end.:D
