Hi y'@ll...

I was wondering if there is anyone here has the knowledge, the tools and the will to help me install King Lows to the front of my Wagon?

I heard some names of people who could do this....anyone of you interested in helping me?
(To be fair - I will not be much help as I have never done springs).

Date for this: Sometime next week or next weekend (4th or 5th March)

Can offer refreshments and food!

Please post or PM !

Only front for starters!

Come to think of it...buying you a return ticket would still be loads cheaper than getting it done! Let me get back to you on this ! lol :D

Bad move only changing the springs on one end of the vehicle, as the change in ride height will result in an increase in steering caster angle. Also the spring rates between front/rear will be different. Both changes in combination will have an adverse affect on vehicle handling (front of the car will feel skatey compared to the back, and steering effort will increase but with less directional stability).

Suspension City in North Melbourne fitted springs on all 4 corners for $90 in under an hour a couple of years back; the price wouldn't have gone up that much. Speak to Damian.

FYI: Changing springs & shocks on the rear of a wagon is extremely dead easy.

I've found my pics again when I did the install 6 months ago, including on hacking up the front struts for the Koni inserts installation.

As for rear springs...i know what u are saying...but my rear ones are already much lower than the front...so i will change only front first.

What I'm trying to say is that the front/rear height ratio must be the same. The front suspension is not intended to be the same height as the back.

Thanks mate....I am aware of that...and have still done it to about 12 cars ...all without any troubles.
