i was just wondering something. is it possible to fit the TH-TJ bonnet on a TE-TF? i like the look of the hood curving down over the grill. also, will a Verada grill of that same era (1999-2001) fit the TE-TF magnas. my inspiration is WATCHME's magna with the verada grill and hood. i know his is a later model 3rd gen but i would like that look.

hey, cheers that im an inspiration. Yeah its definately a possible mod. www.ozeparts.com.au sell bonnets. Otherwise if you want something cheaper try wreckers. Same for the grille.

You may need to change the bonnet locking mechanism for the TJ bonnet. That u'll need to get from mitsubishi or wreckers

oh yeh, ur magna is seriously THE hottest one around.

now you need a TT and it would be perfect.

well how many k's has ur magna done? if its low milage and ur plannin on keeping ur magna then jus do a manual conversion. but if its done high milage then its not worth it coz ull loose all the money uv spent on it so will be etter to by a manual TJ

yeh, ive just been reading up on asylums conversion. unless he was under exagerating then it sounds eays.

gotta source a box still, which is still just about as hard as finding a manual TJ

plus u forget about the fact that a TE-TF isnt 3.5L (unless u like the 3L engine better) plus the better features of a TJ

so once u consider the fact that new bonnet/grill plus painting (dont think any colours from TE-TH range were carried over to TJ series) and maybe a new boot and rear lights if u wanna get a complete TJ look, then manual conversion it might just be as cheap to get a TJ manual

but if u just like the TJ bonnet n grill, do that to ur TE-TF
