Is my Magna Lowered??
My Insurance Company NRMA said i can lower it to a maximum 35mm so im guessing i can go with LOW King Springs they are 35-40mm drop...
I want my car lower but when i see other 3rd Gens i think they look higher, mine seems to be already lowered around 30-35mm so how do i tell? can someone tell by looking at the pic?????

I'm not sure. From the photo it does ...

However cars often look higher when you're sitting beside them for some reason.

jack up one side of the car and have a look at the spring colour.

Black = standard sports/vrx springs
Yellow = king springs
Blue= lovells
Red = kmac customs (i think - from memory)

To me it looks like the standard ride height.

If your car is a "Sports" it might be standard height (sports and VRX's got slightly lower than exec's etc), otherwise I would have to say it looks lower than a standard exec.

It's an Exec for sure :)
but its got all sorts of extras either from factory or aftermarket like the VRX wing and other bits.
I just don't want to go buying King Lows and find out the car isnt any lower haha what a ****up that will be.

i'm almost positive thats been lowered, because it doesnt look completely retarted like execs with rims on standard height do!

Kings have (at least have) Lows SP which were 25mm.

Low sp's are a 30mm drop. although after they settle, its closer to the 35mark as kings tend to drop a bit further then they specify.

i can confirm this as i have them.

Just had a look under the car, its got Yellow springs so not factory, i assume King Lows... :)

looking at the photo, it has ASV signature sports on the side so for salters to put that on they lower the car put mags on and a rear wing also wire up a 4 digit imobiliser

Same here. Whoops, my bad. Mine also dropped another 5mm. Gotta love the crap Chinese steel Kings use too :bowrofl: If you were after good springs, you wouldn't get Kings.

Well someone knows their stuff :P thanks for that dude, i knew it was a Salters sticker but i wasn't sure what was done to it, you may be right about the lowering and wing but the rims were on beforehand as the dealer doesn't have the lock nut key and i can't get the wheels off :(

When Kmac did my Customs they came back orange i thing.. i just had a look but cant see anything, wheels are to close to the bloody guards.. Stuff jacking it up. i cant be stuffed..:P
