Hey guys im just wondering if anyone has installed electric windows to their magna. If so where and how much did it cost.

You can get aftermarket kits off................ebay (shhhh)..........for about the $200 or less I think. They just use your existing mechanism with a motor in the door. They usually give you a cap to go over the winder hole in the door card.:D

is at all universal or would i need a specific size ect... where would i get it installed like an auto electrican?

The ones ive seen are universal and come wif all the instructions you need to diy. I'm not recommending any type or brand in particular, just read their description and decide for yaself.:D

I had one quote for $1,200... I can do alot of winding for $1,200 ;) lol

I think i'll just wind it.... Mitsu suck man! They charge an arm and a leg for everything!

They are cheaper than everyone for clear indicators :badgrin: :badgrin:

For those that wanna know whats in the aftermarket electric window kits I'll post a linky in the ebay thread of a set in the states. I dont buy from overseas these were just the only ones at the moment. They come up in aus ebay sites pretty regularly.:D
