Ok Guys.. I'm a dickhead when it comes to ICE.. :(

Question I have is that I've seen sub woofers with a polarity something, can't remember what.. it's got 2 settings.. Reverse and Normal.. what does that do?

Also I'm planning just to do abit to the car... just a bit.. say add one sub woofer and one 4Ch amp.. and running OEM speakers.. maybe tweeters too.. Is that a waste of time? Or should I just forget the whole thing?

As for the brands, I have no solid preferences as I will be getting those stuffs back home instead..

Thanks!

ahhh reverse and normal, i'm sure thats a feature on pioneer decks?? my mate has that, i think it's basically changing the +ive and -ive terminals, incase u want to mount the sub backwards (magnet out of the box) and still keep it in phase with the rest of the speakers... so basically its like swapping the terminals on you're sub

yep however if your sub has a longer push then it does pull then it is not reccomended to as it will bottom out
