hey all i was wondering if there is a guide to fitting a K&N CAI anywhere (i searched and couldn't find one) as the pod on mine is hanging amazingly low and i got a bracket which aint doin nutting but sitting there. and i mean its low (about 40-50mm high) it scrapes when i put the brakes on

so u have ur pod in front of ur bar? try shortning the pipe.

nah its hanging down just infront of the wheel
oh yeah forgot to say that my car is not lowered in any way (stock hight)
will post picture later if i get the chance
any help would be good please anyone

hey i'm willing to pay anyone in hugs if they can tell me whats wrong with it as its really bad and i need help :(

no way should it be that low. There is a DIY guide for this mod on www.rpw.com.au - that might help ya, otherwise post some pics up here and we'll see what we can do. I found when I installed my RPW CAI kit (I presume that's what you're referring to) that the supplied brakets were almost useless (I had to fashion my own brakets), and one of the silicone elbows had to be shortened.
I found the best bet is to mount the pod and MAF sensor, and then work your way back from there - don't start at the T/B.
I advise not drivng your car if the pod/maf are not secure (ie: just hanging there) and its that close to the road - you risk damaging your Maf and Pod filter...... neither of which are cheap.
