as the title states what does it stand for and are there anything special about the drivetrain/engine (apart from it being a Mitsilol )

Im pretty sure the si is just a "run out" type of model, no mechanical different, just (usually) a set of alloys, wing, some badges and maybe a few more bits and pieces inside (cruise, electric windows maybe)

May have also received the same muffler as the "Sports" and "VRX" variants received which is proven to free up more than a couple of Horsepower.

Also - keep in mind, comparing a 3.5L manual to a 3.5L auto is not a very fair comparison. Manuals will always pull a hell of a lot harder than autos.

My parents have a TJSi...the only things it has that the Executives dont is Power Windows, Cruise Control, Spoiler, Alloy Rimz & Colour coded skirts and mirrors. Not sure if thats the same with the TH's though?

my mums is the same except no power windows its pewter (if that is a silver colour)

I have the TH V6Si. Which is basically the executive model, with sports kit except the foggies, 16" alloys, badge, tint and 6-cd stacker, SBS and airbag. That is all.
