I found lots of stuff for third gens but nothing for second gens on this subject.
I'm gunna get a new remote locking key for the TR, the type that is a remote and key in one.
Does anyone know how to program the car so it accepts the new remote.:cry: :D

Sounds way too much when all they do is stand there etc for a few minutes and it's done.

Ford & Holden charge alot less

Sorry, $130 is for the key, they want $25 extra to programme it and $30 to cut it ( the local mister minit quoted $3 for the cut):)

Can anyone else smell a scam?:doubt: I'm pretty sure that you can get self learning ones from places like Dick Smiths and Jaycar. However these don't work if the alarm is one that codehops ie canges the code each time it is used.
