View Full Version : Interrior Mods: Recarpeting?

Question when ppl mod interiors etc im just wondering about floor carpets i really want to do the intereior of my magna up and will am looking at doing the floor. Would it be bad to use something other than carpet as the floor ie vynal or somethin, so its easier to clean and looks cooler?

any advice is appreiciated

i would personally say no...

Reason: no insulation. would get hot under foot, specially in da front seat. if the only erason you wanted to go different material was coz of colour, why dont you ojust go different colour carpet. i dont know where your located but im in vic and i have an automotive carpet place just round the corner that does pre-moulded carpets for most cars, i know they have magna. and they do stacks of colours.....i noticed they had white. i think would look good in a pimp show car but too much work keeping clean.

did any one on here end up getting anything from those guys, id be super keen on the black super plush, ut from the looks of that thread no-one ended up purchasing???

Its on my list of things to do, but alas haven't got there yet........ so if anyone has done theirs I'd also be interested in hearing about their experiences.

yeah me to, its on the list aswell

along with,

tinting $300
lowering $400
colourcoding $800
wheels $1600
leather seat covers $ 500
woodgrain from a rada $ 200 ish ~~~~
rada kj taillights wit rada boot $700
and silver licence plates $ ???

i competly admit that most of the above i will never get around to doing coz i have other things to spend money on but thats the plan anyway
