pretty annoyed today, reversed into one of those small poles they put to stop cars from entering a certain place... too small and i didnt see it and WHAM! dinted just under my RHS rear tail light. somehow missed my already cracked taillight altogether, its not really noticeable but to me it is i was wondering how you get that fixed, like can you swap the panel over or you have to get it panel beated.... its the metal bit just under the taillight and on top of the bumper, looks like its a huge panel to replace if i got a cheap wrecked magna i have my eyes on... any help?
hard to tell without pics but if you mean that small rectangle panel bit under the lights then well i guess it is a 'separate' panel but i'm pretty sure its welded in anyway so it's probably not gonna be a bolt-on fix.
from your explanation it sounds like a panel shop can fix up what you've got for a couple of hundred bucks.
how's your bumper btw?

Yeah, my mates dad had a look at it last night and told me its not a bolt on panel, but he opened the boot and unscrewed the material that covers the taillight from the inside and if you look below the taillight you can see where it is dented in so he is going to arrange to get it panelbeated by a mate of his at a discount. and amazingly the bumper has only got scratches, it must have been pushed in but it looks normal, but i'm probably going to buy this wrecked magna anyway because i want some parts and a new tailight.
