What's the best ATF to use? Mitsubishi AFT or Castrol TQM-ST?
Any opinions?

In the autos I have owned I have ran either Castrol TQM-ST or the Valvoline (I think Type MII Special) and never had any problems!

There is a great button in the top of the screen called search, this has been covered many many times.
Mitsubishi is the only fluid I will use

Mitsubishi fluid anydays. Price i paid for mine last year was $26 for 5 ltitres, buy 2 as you will need it. I wouldnt even bother putting anything else in an Auto box - trust me I KNOW (if you want more details PM me :D)

I agree with madmagna here... Both in my TR & TF no matter which mechanic I have spoken to, no matter if they are a mitsbishi service center or not, when it comes to misubishi's they all recomend the use of the mitsi auto tranny fluid !

I know this is an old post but it still might help.
If you go to this Castrol link it tells you the different types of auto transmission fluids:

I was told by CATS in Sydney to use TQM-ST.
