Hi all i have a 99 Verada looks like my fuel guage is acting up. Work through the service manual today to diagnose the fault. Fuel guage works during diagnostic so looks like there may be an issue with the sender unit. Here is the deal how the hell do you remove the fuel line from the sender unit/fuel pump. Tried squeezing the clips in pushing forward and backwards. No go. Dont want to break the thing. Anyone have any thoughts in removal of the fuel line.

is it the same connection as the fuel filter.. if so you dont need no tools..

All ya gotta do is squeeze the two sides and push hose forward hard and then pull back and it should come off.. thats if its the same sytle connection ast filter lines..:D
