My car is getting progressively harder to start when cold, when warm it's fine, but when cold it's taking abit longer to crank, do you think the battery is out dying, as from what i hear the standard mitsi batteries are crap arent they, the car's only been on the road for 13 months.

Any ideas, i havent checked battery levels, but will do at my lunch break

just an update, now last night when it was warm, left car for 3-4 hours, it had to crank like 6-7 times, then fired up and ran smoothly, usually it should start instantly in that situation, now this morning i go to start it and it seems fine, i wonder what's stuffing around with this, the engine light doesnt show. i'll have to wait till tuesday to get it checked out tho.

behind the key hole in dash theres a plastic ring follow the wire down towards the brake peddel

should be a plug someware there
