hey all...


all bar the center rear seatbelts in my car have sorta lost thier recoil.. is this is common problem and is there any way to fix it...


also, off the topic a little but still to do with 3rd gens... my mrs parents are wanting to get a exhaust or muffler to give it a bit of a note on thier 2004 Solara. Any tips on what i should be tellin em.. ive done a search but i cant seem to find anything usefull..

2004 Solara... That'd be a TL? Just tell them to get the factory VRX muffler fitted - there's a version that comes with a single droop snout to fit the standard rear bar (At least there is for the TJs). This gives an appreciable engine note without sounding 'LOUD' and a nice throaty roar to the high end of the rev mark. Bit more grunt as well... Cost is $350-450ish fitted, depending on whether you go for the mild steel body or the stainless steel body.

clean the seat belt with window cleaner and spray some slicone spray onto a rag lightly and wipe over the belt

Hi,

my TH wagons rear drivers side seat belt has lost all its tension.

Any ideas out there on where the tension unit is located and the best way to replace it ?

I know this is an old thead but the seat belt behind passengers seat wont go back in and would like to know how i can fix this any ideas ??
