hey guys just outta pure curiousity can you take a 380 steering wheel and put it in a TJ magna???

im gunna guess and say nobody knows. the only way u could do it is buy it and try it out.

air bag wiring might be an issue, but if your car never had airbags then u could just rip it out of the steering wheel and not have to worry.

im very doubtfull that if you asked mitsubishi you would get an accurate answer.

Just check the wiring diagram... Your local dealer should be able to pull it up. Guess it all depends on the HU itself.
The one I took out of my TL is a Clarion rebadged. Can't find a guide for it anywhere, but according to the service manual, it's the same as in the Verada and it has the steering wheel control.

How cool are the 380 controls though. I hoped in and told the sales chicky it was **** cause I though every new car would have them - then she told me to feel behind the wheel! Ahhh - the genius of it!

Yeah, there were a few laserjet labels on the cars at the sydmosho informing the public.

Now if only the bloody thing would sell!
