Yup, they are a nice sub. Not my personal choice the 15's.... I prefer 12's but I understand the 15's route. Can I asked how much you paid for it?
They give a power handling of 400WRMS continuous and 800WRMS peak, which is a little on the low side really. I'd be looking at feeding this around 500WRMS or a bit more with no problems at all.
I'd be looking at giving the amp quite a bit of headroom as these speakers aren't really known for their SQ, although it certainly isn't bad. I'd recommend a beefy monoblock that does around 600-800WRMS into 4 ohms.

If you want doof, you want a monoblock. Monoblocks have far greater power than a standard Class A/B amp.
(Class A/B are full range amps for want of a better description - like a normal 2x150W or 4x100W. Monoblocks usually amplify no higher than 250Hz due to the design of the amplifier inducing lots of noise above this frequency, hence they are a subwoofer only amp)
Other good things about monoblocks:
1) Smaller than Class A/B's.
2) greater efficiency means less heat output.
3) You can load them down pretty well, 2 ohms is quite stable, even 1 ohm stable alot of them. 0.5 ohm is much harder to find, but they are out there.
4) You could strap 2 monoblocks to the one sub if it has dual voice coils (1 amp per coil), or even put 2 monoblocks into the ONE COIL! (Expert SPL stuff, only if you know what you are doing, and proabably need an 8 ohm coil!)
5) becoz dey is fully sik uleh!
I am running a JL Audio 500.1 slash series and it has heaps of grunt, although probably not quite enough for your application. As I stated before, headroom will make it sound better, but will also give it cleaner power which reduces the likelihood of you burning the voice coils, hence a nasty, smelly and smoky mess.
$200 is a good price for that sub. Was new or second hand? And if new, where?!?
I have said before that these speakers were overpriced, but either they had a massive reajustment in price, or it was on a runout special or something. I recollect these being about $400 or so previously.
I'd be recommending that you look to some of the more 'American' manufacturers for a decent amp that has a fair whack of power. JL slash series, Cadence, that sort of thing. I have no idea what Adelaide Car Sound stocks.....
