Hey guys, since i have dewinged my car (99 TH Sports) i no longer have a third brake light - since it was in the wing. Im looking at buying one from mitsi and installing it but just wanna make sure everything will fit - for example are all the cables all there already and i just attached the light?

Also with TH was the window light on the parcel shelf or on the roof - i know TE/TF had it one way and the TH was the other way. If it is mounted on the roof i guess that means the roof lining needs to be cut which i am a bit wary about, especially if the cables arent already there. Any help is appreicated :D . Cheers in advance

The TH onwards without factory spoilers had a roof mounted LED brake light. You will notice that there is a thicker black band at the top inside of the windscreen to hide the brake light unit/clips. As such, if you were to mount one up there, the unit itself would be seen from outside the car. I guess you could either go to extremes and replace the rear windscreen with one from a TH Exec etc or somehow tint a band across the top really dark. But you won't need to cut the roof lining.

As for the wiring part. I'm unsure about this one but you can easily find out by pulling the roof lining down and feeling around for a plug.
