How do you get it inside without stuffing it?

i did this on my folks falcon and i took the seats out and it came out easy on an angle

My Mitsu manual recommends: "While bending the headlining slightly, pull it through the front
door opening to the outside of the vehicle." to remove - presumably install is the reverse.
