theres 3 bolts on each speaker cover. you can get to then via the boot. (under neath the speaker) there is usually 3 gold narrow nuts on gold screws/bolts. just unscrew them and then from inside the car, lift the cover of the speaker off. this gets u access to the speaker. then i think there ar about 3 little screws/bolts just hold the speaker down. its a tough job getting to a couple of these, and you'll need a very short screwdriver. (damn those low magna back windows  ) good luckl buddy, its not too harder task, just have a play,a nd dont worry its very hard to break something in this process.

good luck!!

Tip.. go to autobarn or a hardware shop and get those right angled screw drivers for around $7- $15.. they make light work of those screws :D

just make sure you get speakers with the right sized magnet! i forgot to check when i bought mine, and they hit on the torsion bars in the boot... just.. might have to fix that possibly with mdf spacers or something somehow.

(for those too lazy to get to k-mart, or doing a removal of the stock speakers at a weird hour)

For those tricky screws at the rear of the stock speakers, I used a drill bit and a pair of pliers to turn the screws. They only have a small thread on them, so half a turn with the pliers and you can remove the screw the rest of the way with your fingers.
