Hi there,

I have notice with my KE Verada that pressure seems to build up in the Radiator Hoses, then with the low speeding Fan constantly running. The pressure seems to reduce when I turn up the Heater. I have also noticed that the lower Hose is sometimes cool and sometimes Hot but car does not seem to be overheating.

What could be causing the pressure build up? Also, how does the water in the cooling system flow? Does cool Water enter the heads via the top radiator Hose with the Hot water exiting via the lower hose?

thanks

Water flows from top to bottom.
Hose pressure is normal when engine at operating temp.
Depending at what stage the engine warm up cycle is at, the bottom hose can be cool and top hot this is due to water flow thru the radiator and thermostat opening.
