Hello all;
discovered last night that my left headlight would just go on as if i've got it on parkers only; checked all the nearby connections they're all on, looks to be grounded fine. Says nothing in my manual about it.

Anyone got any ideas

Blown headlight globe?

ye that or sum how u blowen a fuse. when i was doin my parras i blew a fuse and when i turned my parras on it look jus like parkers. check all ur fuse and also try a new globe

Start with the basics. Replace the fuse. My old Subaru had a blown fuse on one headlight so it was really dim. Replaced the globe with spare, checked wireing, swapped relays, unplugged the driving lights, everything. Even had the other mechanics I worked with look at it. Then I decided to check the fuse, it looked OK but was blown. 3 days, 6 mechanics and asking on a Subaru forum all over a bloody 10c fuse!

thanks dudes was just a blown globe; i inquired about the fuse and both headlights should not come on with blown fuse;

Not sure on that point as I think the headlights are seperately fused so you don't loose both if the fuse blows. Then again it's been so long I can't remember.
