Just wondering is someone can confirm, how many sets of pads are on a TR?

I recently had my Pads changed, at the front to BENDIX ADVANCE and had the discs machined.

But the noise I cannot tell if its comming from the front or back, would this be the dust on the brakes ? or what other problems can ppl come up with for this?

This is what the Bendix site says about them:
Features Benefits

Low noise
Low dust
Extended life
Advanced technology

Its sh*tting me braking and having this squeel.

thanks in advance,
mark
(just after some info and ppls thoughts, will do a search now also.)

cheers, will get something from supercheap today.

I've got a feeling its actually the back pads, any ideas on price for machine'ing and pads? from reading the other threads, $80 for advance on the back seems the average....

A lot of the time the squeal is just the pad moving, you can use an anti squeal adhesive on the pad backing to prevent this, and a small amount of graphite based grease on the area where the edge of the pad contacts the caliper.

Also you can get the squeal from the pads becoming glazed, this can be fixed by removing them and giving them a rub on concrete.
