hi all,

i was looking at the whiteline websites and saw those suspension kits ... are they worth it..... ?????

i am planning to get some king low springs and also considering a tower brace.... would that be sufficient enough to minimise body roll?

Um no,
The spring will help in roll to some degree, stiffer srings means less roll but I would do the shocks as well, and the brace, the brace in effect has nothing to do with body roll, it is solely for the purpose of stopping tower flex. it helps keep the camber where it is supposed to be. If you really want to stiffen and get rid of body roll, look into Whitelines Sway Bars, well worth it and stops a great amount of roll

Yeah I have the works + more in my KS and the money is definately well spent. We spent the weekend driving through the Great Ocean Road at not-so-scenic speeds

One thing to keep in mind is that every car has its limit. Therefore, every car can be driven near its limit. You don't need to spend anything to go fast, you only need to spend when you want to go even faster.

i haven't checked, but i remember the works kit being about $2000? surely if you're 1/2 intelligent you can fit it yourself (well, me and my mate changed the springs in mine... and were not the brightest)

i was looking at getting the works aswell, seeing a lot of the cruises we go on are through the adelaide hills etc... with some not-so-nice changing camber thru corners and stuff isn't that fun....
