Hmm... Very nice car at a very nice price. $31,990 is a bargain and I'm sure you could talk them into throwing in a few extras (ie. bluetooth).
Here is another one... but does anyone see a problem with it (look hard, unless im the only one that sees the problem)??

Do you mean the "just traded"? Hard to believe someone would have traded one in already.

I have seen 4 brand new 380 VRX's at a dealer here for $28,990 + ORC for ABN holders. 3 of them had sunroofs and 1 was an auto...

The first link, to melville autos, only has a warrenty till 2007. So much for 5/10 warrenty?

That'd be a misprint. I seen that once here last year for an '05 Lancer and rang up and asked and they said that sometimes they keep text from older vehicles on the 'template' they use by accident and if no-one checks over it that's how it ends up in the paper.

Wow. that is the cheapest I've heard for brand-new VR-X's. I take it the auto one is the one without the sunroof. If it has a sunroof (the auto model that is) that means it has like $12k off of RRP... which is a hell of a lot.

It's not a misprint, that's how much 2ND HAND cars sell for. Yes the dealership is a 2nd hand dealership (look carefully). The car might have 30,000kms+ on it for all you know. Don't forget if you buy it, you will not get the 10 year drivetrain warranty either since it's non-transferable. Dealer's never sell "bargains". I thought that was obvious.

Am I missing something? The ad says "Mitusbishi's amazing warranty to 2010" Even if it was a 2nd hand car (presuming we're still talking about the 380 in that ad) it'd still have it's 5 year new car warranty. It's only the 10 year that's not transferrable.

I was surprised too and having a ABN i was extremely tempted. Waht stopped me was i can't stop thinking how crap the back end look like...
They had 2 black, 1 red and 1 silver. 1 black was manual, sunroof, the other black was manual no sunroof, red was auto no sunroof and silver was manual with sunroof. All brand spanking new with plastic on the dash, seats etc...

The only thing stopping me from buying a 380 VRX in manual is the fact that I know the S2 is coming out later this year and will be a better car. Plus i've just spent lots of $$ on my Ralliart. lol

I agree, the rear end of the 380VRX (and GT) look awsome. I don't know why so many people complain about it.
