Hey, we jus wanna know (more my other half than me) but can you put the black TJ tail lights onto a TF?
Would you need to change the boot aswell? or?

What was meant was that you do change the boot lid in order to have a good fit to look nice else gaps do appear.
You can change it without changing the bootlid but may or will look ugly. Have not seen pics here that anyone done it without changing boot lid.
+ you get nicer tail lights
- you loose the chrome boot garnish if you were intending to do it

you can get a chrome garnish on tj too.

Curious, which TJ model has it exactly, as I was told before there isn't one?
Unless I read wrong from the threads as I thought only Veradas KJ have it. Meaning some mods needed?
Let me know, as I had been anticipating to do this mod as I wanted a TJ chrome boot garnish.

hey, i actually bought some chrome taillights for my tf magna, but you need the looming from a TJ put in with the new taillights...
these can be found at auto wreckers, unfortunately i have not found any yet :doubt: :confused:

I have done this mod u have to change boot lid, boot lock, tail light wiring
looks **** loads better. original boot hits tj lights at the bottom. big gap at top
