Im about to spray my center dash bits silver but m stuck.

I have all of it out except the top part where the vents are. whats the trick to disconnecting the wire thing on it?

Did you follow Bain's tutorial? Once you've undone the cable from the clip and taken the end off the white thing you're right to grab hold of that section of the console and pull like hell! I used a couple of those grippy can openers because I was going to cut the ends off my fingers otherwise.;)

I think this is like the 4th or 5th post that we have to refer to Bain's remove center console for 3rd Gens?

Can we shift or put a sticky in maybe the mod/tech or 3rd gens? that would point to the Audio section?

Seems to me is a hot topic.

The kick panel under the steering wheel needs to be removed so you can see under the dash, look on the inside panel where there is some cables connecting to white plastic dial things and springs, remove the black cable.
