Great thing with the boss subs is that when you blow them up they dont cost much to replace:D

its only got 500w going into it from a boss amp haha

Im guessing its 1000w Peak wich means thats how much power it took to blow it up when the manufacturer tested it, i'd stick with the 500watt amp and be happy, check the Nominal Watts rating thats what its tested at for 100 hours :)

Oh btw i had a 1000watt BOSS amp, blew it up, then blew up the replacement then bought something else.
