Just wondering how hard is it to install a "map" light in a TL and how hard is it to install the door lights in a TL?

Just rang up mitsu and got a e-mail, they say that ALL TL's have got a map light included with car...

It's a lie,

Base models don't have it, my neighbour has had about 5 TL and TW Es's and none of them had it

Just spoke to dealer, all TL's dont have it, but my TL AWD is supose to have it. They have lodged a incodent report with Mitsu (plus their other TL AWD on the lot doesnt have the light aswell).... so now it is a waiting game.

all TL/TW's are supposed to have a glovebox light as stated in the brochure, there's nothing in the car manual mentioning it, and mine doesnt work or have one

What can I say, im a stickler for details. And I didnt want to get short changed on the parts that are supose to be "standard" for my version of the TL.

when u open the glove box, and turn the park lights on, is the light in the glovebox working then?? i dont think they had a separate switch for the glovebox lid, but i could be wrong.. i'll check one out in the next couple of days! either way, im sure there should be some sort of illumination in the glove box.. maybe just pop on down to the dealer, and mention it!

The brochure states that the TL AWD S1's don't have map lights standard.

Checked with mitsu dealer and they said that my version of the car does have the lights as standard. have to wait for the incodent report now.
