I need a new hose and Flush out the whole radiator. It this something I can do myself or take the car to a place to get it done?

I need a new hose and Flush out the whole radiator. It this something I can do myself or take the car to a place to get it done?
Can you un-attach and re-attach hose clamps and hoses?
Can you undo a radiator bolt to empty, redo up, and fill with radiator fluid?

well to flush the radiator i just turn it upside down so the water is going in the other direction than its suposed to(ie backflush) and stick the garden hose in there and turn it on full boar. id only take it to a specialist if i had a block or over heating probs. but if u do it urself 2 or 3 times a year there should be no probs.
